The log seems completely normal to me. And in the end of the log it successfully schedule installation of Win10 20H2 update.

Possibly something goes wrong during installation. Suggest to check Windows\Panther\setuperr.log and see if there's any hint.

It cannot construct file asset possibly due to the fact that it cannot download the relevant files at all.

It also failed to backup your boot loader to C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Rollback\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD.

From the log content I think it's possibly related to antivirus too.

All I can say is "Try to disable your antivirus during upgrade", although not all antivirus can be completely disabled, and some of them cannot be cleanly removed.
