Thanks for reply, I've try your suggestions but it's still broken. I think my main problem is ICW, I read this article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/265494 ; they say you should change the binary value from 00 to 01 in the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Connection Wizard, but this registry key is not exist on my computer, how can I fix this?
How can I activate the Internet Connection Wizard?
My WMP12 is don' connect to the internet, when I try the connect I give this error: "Windows Media Player is not configured for the Internet. To connect to the Internet, run the Internet Connection Wizard and then try again" after this error I try the change value of ICW from regedit but it's missing. how can I acvitave the ICW? Thanks.

Click Start, type: turn windows features on or off
Hit Enter
Expand Media Features
Uncheck Windows Media Player
Click OK
Restart when prompted
Click Start, type turn windows features on or off
Hit Enter
Expand Media Features
Check Windows Media Player
Click OK
Restart when prompted
Try playing again.
If the problem persist:
Click Start
Type: CMD, from the results, right click CMD
Click 'Run as Administrator'
At the Command Prompt, type: sfc/scannow
This will check for any integrity violations
Restart your system
