activate windows 10 using m365

dears, i have m365 licenses including windows 10 enterprise license, my environment is hybrid, users and pc are synced using ad connect. devices are hybrid joined. i know that if i have a windows 10 pro, i can use the m365 licneses to upgrade my devices to windows 10 enterprise right? but the question is if i have a windows enterprise that is not activated, can i use the m365 to activate the windows ?? or as a prereq it should be just windows 10 pro activated because i cant found anything on the subject other than that it is used to upgrade pro to enterprise thank you

    Hi,

    Please check whether this link is helpful, Activating Windows 10 with M365 Licences.

    all you have to do is log into the computer with an account that has an M365 license on it that includes Windows and it will "seamlessly" activate, or upgrade if you're on Pro
    true with 1803+. With 1703 or 1709, Pro had to be activated before the Enterprise user license would kick in
    machine needs to be Hybrid Azure AD for the license to take effect
