System shutdown suddenly?

My system shutdown suddenly with a BSOD. This happened rarely (this time, 1 time the last month and never happened before that). Today I checked the system log and the following are the events that happened at the point of system shutdown:

Description:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x1000008e (0xc0000005, 0x804ef0b1, 0xa7e68b14, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini050311-01.dmp.

I don't have a screen shot of BSOD because the automatic restart was enabled in the recovery settings. I disabled it presently. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with my computer? I would be dead if the hard disks crash.
