    Hi Carolina

    WER = Windows Error Reporting.

    These are are the error report files that are generated when a program crashes, stops responding, or has other problems.

    If you open the C:\Users\your name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive folder, you will see all of the individual files. These files are raw code and are not human readable.

    You can view these errors a couple of ways.

    1. Open Control Panel/Action Center. Click the Down Arrow in the Maintenance section and click the Reliability History item.

    If you see any Red Icons in that graph, click the icon and look in the bottom section for the error description.

    Note: If you see a Check for a solution link in the bottom details window, click that link for any updated known solutions.

    2. Open Control Panel in the Search Box (top/right), type: Problem Reports. In the Action Center, select the View all problem reports item.

    This will give you another way to view those reports.

    When you experience a crash and you see a popup that asks if you want to report this crash to Microsoft, these generated files contain the data that is sent.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards

    Saw that no one responded.  Yes.  Click "Start" and type in the search windows "disk cleanup".

    Pop up will appear, select drive and hit OK

    then another one will appear with a listing.  Put checks in the boxes at the bottom of your list which are the Windows Error Reports.  If you play games and like to keep your scores make sure that Game Statistics File is uncheck.

    Once it looks good to you, click OK and then let it run.  This will clean out those reports.

    Thank you for your help.  I swear just when I think I have seen enough another curve ball is thrown at me.

    Not sure if I delete them or try to find the cause of the crash.  I guess one thing at a time.  Appreciate your help.
