Dell Optiplex 780 (Windows7) NIC problems

I have 3 new Optiplex 780 32 bit windows7 in my lab.  All 3 do not show the Network adapter in the devices.  They have been this way out of the box.  I have tried to install NIC drivers and nothing works.  I cannot get the computers to find a network adapter or recognize a driver.

Today I downloaded the cab files and tried to install the NIC driver and that did not work either.

Any suggestions?

    Hi

If they are this way out of the box you should contact Dell before something is done that will void the warranty.

Otherwise, on boot get into the BIOS and make sure that the LAN is On.

Thank you!  I went into the BIOS and they were all turned off.  I don't know why I didn't think of that earlier...guess we just overlook the obvious sometimes.  Thank you again!
