The executable for the Scanner and Camera Wizard is:

                              wiaacmgr.exe

If you connect your reader and go to...Start / Run...

type or copy/paste the following and press...Enter...

    it should launch the wizard:

    C:\Windows\System32\wiaacmgr.exe

Also the following steps may be worth a try for downloading

    your photos:

Insert your memory card in your media reader...

    Go to...Start / My Computer...

Does the memory card show as a drive letter? (if your media reader

has several slots there will be several 'Removable Disks' listed...the

SD card will be one of them)

If_Yes_right click the correct drive letter and from the menu...choose...

Explore or Open...now you should see the directory of the memory card.

From there...you should be able to drag/drop or copy/paste the

files to a folder on your hard drive.

Also you could try to adjust your AutoPlay settings:

Right click the Removable Disk that represents the memory card

and from the menu...choose...Properties / Autoplay tab and open the drop

window and select Pictures. And...tick...'Prompt me each time to choose

an action'. Maybe this will restore the Autoplay window when you insert

    the card.

Also you could try...left clicking the "Restore Defaults" button / Apply /

    OK.

Also...the AutoPlay Repair Wizard may be worth a try:

    Microsoft AutoPlay Repair Wizard
