    Hello JeffreymnMartin,

Any image can be resized by using the Paint application in Windows 7.

    1. Click the Start button.
    2. Click All programs.
    3. Click Accessories.
    4. On the Accessoires menu, click Paint.
    5. Open up the image you want to resize and then click the 'resize' option on the 'image section on the toolbar band at the top of the paint window.
    6. You will probably need to chnage the resize option from the default 'percent' to pixel to help you rersize the image correctly. If you want to resize to your own measurments then remove the tick from the 'maintain aspect ratio' option otherwise paint will adjust the setting itself and this may make the image larger/small than you want.
    7. Finally save the resized picture.

An alternative to Paint is a freeware application called Paint.net - this is the application I use most for editing images. Just google paint.net and download the latest versdion if you are interested in using it.

I don't believe there's any tool built into Win7 to do this, but I use VSO Image Resizer with no problem on Windows 7.
