google is not working on my laptop, how can i get it working

Yes I am getting an error message stating that my computer appears to be correctly configured but the device or resource (www.google.com) is not responding.

Before last week I had no issues useing google.

No Im not able to open google on another browser. I am currently useing internet explorer.

I am not useing any virus software.

1. Do you make any recent changes hardware or software on your system prior to this issue?
2. Are you getting any error message?
3. Were you able to work in google without any issues earlier?
4. Were you able to open google website in any other web browser?
5. Which web browser are you using?
6. Which anti virus software are you using in your system?

Method 1: If Internet explorer try the steps suggested from the below link

Disable all add-ons:

Method 2: Try adding www.google.com to trusted sites and check if it helps:

Method 3: I would also suggest you to run 'Fix it' from the below KB article:

I am also facing the same issue. I have three laptops on WIFI connection. Two laptops are working fine except One.

The one laptop which is not responding on google.com has

- Windows 7 operating system

• Browsers - Internet explorer & Firefox - None of these browsers are responding with google.com
• Google news, gmail.com are working fine but google web, image, search etc are not responding (displays an error "Internet Explorer cannot display the Webpage"
• Yes, Google was working fine without any issue two days back
• I didnot make any changes to my laptop settings or hardwares 
• My antivirus is Symantec Endpoint Protection. It is an updated version.

-  I did followed all methods that Vinod has suggested, still google.com is not responding.

Any help will be greatly appreciated
