Close all open pages for internet explorer.
Try delete your internet cache and disable popup blocker..
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Under Browsing History -> Delete. Now come to Advanced -> Reset (Select delete personal settings) -> Ok.
Now again come to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Privacy -> Select Cookies to low and Uncheck Turn on popup blocker.
Try open your Cirtix session.
Also look for any toolbar installed (google.. etc for any popup blocker, disable popup blocker from those toolbars).
