Hi,

·         What happens when you try to enable the add-ons?

·         Which browser you are using?

If you are using Internet Explorer, you may follow this link & check if it helps.

I am having the same issue. When I click Enable for this addon, nothing happens at all. No response, no error, no nothing. The addon stays disabled. I did the same after launching IE as admin user but that also didn't help.

    I am using Windows 7 x64 and IE 9 x32. Any ideas??

    Hi,

Because of the age of the post you replied to, I would suggest that you post your question in the Microsoft Answer’s Forum with as much detailed information about your issue as possible which will create a new thread. That will allow the entire online community to examine and hopefully provide insight into your issue.

I'm having the same problem.  I've had so many problems since I updated to Windows 7 and IE9 that I'm going to try Firefox out!
