How to fix system files url.dll

This started when i installed KMplayer to watch mkv files and i kept getting this error everything i open the program or play a video

I asked somewhere else and they told me it should run a sfc /scannow in cmd.  but i got another error "windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them" 

I have windows 7 x64

    Hi,

    I would suggest you to try uninstalling and installing the Kmplayer and check if it works.

    I would also suggest you to contact Kmplayer support regrading this issue. To do so follow below link:

    The above error message indicates that the system files are corrupted. You have to perform a repair install of Windows.

    I would suggest you to back up the data and proceed with the repair install of Windows
