What do I need to do to recognize the 3rd hard drive I've installed? Doesn't show up anywhere.

Is the disk detected by the BIOS?
Do you need to enable a disk controller in your motherboard BIOS?
Does it show in Disk Management, and require initialising? (Partition/Format)
No, it doesn't show up in Disk Management. I have 2 front trays, both of which work, but only one at a time. The third hard drive doesn't show up in bios either.
Are both power and data cables connected to the drive?
If the disk is not detected by the BIOS you probably need to enable a disk controller in your BIOS.
Windows will not see the disk unless the BIOS reports it as present.
No, not detected by the BIOS. The BIOS will recognize either of my two hard drives (both front trays work), but not both at the same time.
