No it wouldnt be as its designed for win9* and may run under winxp

When I try to run this program I get a Windows message: "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you are running."

2011-05-11T11:41:47+00:00 It will certainly runs in Win XP but will not run in Win 7 64 bit even when Win XP is selected under the compatibilty mode.
