    The above links no longer work.  They Dynex site is gone, and its replacement does not have drivers for the USB-to-Serial DX-UBDB9 cable.  You need to go to the manufacturer of the chip.

    As of today, you can sign into their support as guest/guest, and then it is pretty easy to find the USB-to-Serial product drivers.  The download was quick and the install worked perfectly.

    im a field tech and u just saved my life on this one thanks i installed a ssd in my work laptop and could not find this driver so im out in the field right now waiting for a call back install this cisco router and i needed my councile cable and u just saved me a big headache thank u so much
