Windows Server DHCP can't connect from phone

Good day, dear colleagues. We have a Windows Server setup in our workplace. The structure is the following: the FTTB cable comes into the server, then one LAN cable goes into access point #1 which, at the same time, distributes other LAN cables to access point #2, #3, etc. I have set up Routing and DHCP on Windows Server and given the 10.0.0.1 - 10.0.1.99 subnet for automatic IP distribution. Access Points use static IPs and their ones are excluded from distribution. Windows Server's ip - 10.0.0.1 Access point #2 - 10.0.0.2 ... #3 - 10.0.0.3 ... 5 and then all ips from 10.0.0.6 are distributed. Everything works fine until some day when we leave the workplace and come the following day, our phones won't connect to Wi-Fi, however, our laptops can! Unless I restart both the access point #1 and windows server at the same time, we won't be able to connect. What I did wrong in the setting the server up? How to fix that?

    Normally, if the device can connect DHCP server and cannot obtain IP address from DHCP server, there will be a related log cached in DHCP server as the following screenshot. You could check this log to see if there is any clue.

    Please understand analysis of log is beyond our forum support level. If you want to know deeper about the log results, I would suggest you open a case with Microsoft where more in-depth investigation can be done so that you would get a more satisfying explanation to this question.

    Hi,

    Thanks for posting in Q&A platform.

    Based on provided information, my understanding is that your laptop can obtain IP address from DHCP server but phones cannot. Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.

    Is there any error message when phone cannot obtain IP from DHCP server? Or is there is any related event log from DHCP server side? If yes, please provide for further troubleshooting.

    If your phone is Android, you may want to download an App named "Network Info II" and check the "WIFI" tab to see the DHCP server that it connects to, and see if there is any rogue DHCP server on network that disrupt the connection. (Domain administrators can set authorized DHCP servers for laptop so perhaps that's why they're not affected)

    You may also want to use RogueChecker created by Technet TeamDHCP years ago to check.

    I have the following error going on and on throughout a day in the event viewer

    PTR record registration for IPv4 address [[10.0.0.25]] and *****(Device Name) failed with error 10054 (An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
    ).

    Does it have something to do with the fact that some days in the mornings we can connect with phones? This device (0.25) is, however, working.
