all my applications on my computer wont open except one.. when i try opening one it will either say the application is not available or says open with

this is very frusterating and i do not know what to do, tried starting my computer in safe mode yet everything was the same

you need to give more information about this

what is the one program that is opening?

and if that one is trying to be associated with opening all programs read this;

    Sounds like you're infected with something.

    I can check it withteamviewer if you like. You'll see what I'm doing. If you get it, give me the ID and password it gives you. Or if you use Skype, my Skype name is the same name I use here
