I have an icon:  aulauncher that appeared on my desktop.  somehow I installed it.  I don't know what it is or does.  I would like to know if I should keep it or can I safely uninstall it.  I don't know what it's for or how I should be using it.  thank you!

    Hi,

    • Who is your computer manufacturer?

It seems that aulauncher is auto-update launcher. It is used for installation of updates automatically.

If you are working on a Dell manufactured computer then you could refer the following link:

    http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/software-os/f/3524/p/19356891/19797215.aspx

If you don’t want to use the aulauncher then you can remove/uninstall it.

Refer the link below on how to uninstall or change a program?
