Hi ! i have this Lg on my pc ! Windows 7 add automaticly, but i can't install the sofware include on my dvd. and i can't put the real driver to do LightScribe!!!

do you have any cue for me !

It's really bad to have a db burner and i can't do anything with it !!!

Hi,

1. What happens when you try to install the software from your DVD?

2. Do you get any error message?

Follow the steps and check if it helps.

Method 1:Try an flat installation of the software

a) Copy the content of the DVD and paste it on desktop

b) Run the copied file from the desktop to install the software.

Method 2:I would suggest you to put the computer in clean boot and then try to install the software.
