Problem with 'F5 Networks Host Plugin'

I'm trying to log in to a staff portal. The system says I need to install a F5 Networks Host Plugin. I havfe this downloaded but then the message comes up that the plugin can't be installed becasue it is incompatible. Any suggestions on how to rectify this?
