How to get back the normal Windows color?

OT: Screen colors 

The colors on my screen changed to negative colors. I`m using Windows 7 and don´t know how to get back to normal colors, Thanks a lot for your help!!!!

  1. Did you make any changes to the computer recently?

I would suggest you to try the steps from the following link and see if that help.

    To turn color filters on and off from the keyboard, press Windows logo key + Ctrl + C. (The default filter is Grayscale, which makes everything on the screen appear in black and white.)

    as given by virtual helper on my laptop- FINALLY!!!! IT WORKED!!!!
