Windows XP Professional Modem Driver download
Hello,
I am an online Customer Service Representative posting for customers' behalf about available driver download for Windows XP Professional Modem. They are using ATOM N270 processor, but they do not know the exact model of the modem. They say that when they re-install the XP Professional the modem suddenly quit wworking, and they are looking for any available driver that they can download for free.
Any assistance would be much aprreciated.

2011-08-30T19:54:41+00:00 If you are a "Microsoft Customer Service Department," you undoubtedly know that an ATOM N270 is an Intel processor used in tablets and netbooks and has nothing to do with modems.
You need to explain to the "customer" how to identify the make and model of the computer that uses the ATOM N270 as well as how to identify the exact model of the modem.
