My highest scores for Spider Solitaire (Windows 7's version) on intermediate are as follows:

    1238 (5/23/2010)

    1222 (6/20/2010)

    1214 (8/30/2010)

    1195 (4/4/2011)

    1180 (6/12/2011)

I'm positive there are higher scores possible. :)

Wikipedia states that the highest possible score is 1293 given a perfect deal (and I'm assuming that's on Expert mode given the additional score possibilites being lower than what I've achieved on intermediate mode).

Win percentage is almost meaningless (addressing another "answer") as all games of Spider Solitaire are winnable given the unlimited undo's in Windows' version. I've played 646 games thus far with a 100% win percentage.

You can get as high a score as you want.  It just takes time.

Find a game where when you clear a column you get the no more moves screen.  You just got 100 points. Click to return to the game and undo.  The game forgets to take away the 100 points.   clear the column again and get another 100 points (minus the point for the undo and the point for the move to clear the column).  Wash, rinse, repeat until you reach the score you want or get bored.

I can't see how you could score more than 1300 ---you start with 500 and can make 8 books for 100 each.  That totals to 1300 but you lose 5 points for every move.

    1402 10/22/2010                               Games played: 10684

    1315  12/8/2010                                Games won: 6091

    1307  2/1/2011                                   Win percentage: 57%

    1269  8/16/2010                                Longest winning streak: 18

    1252  8/19/2010                                Longest losing streak: 11

                                                                 Current streak: -2

    From screen shot/Statistics/Spider Solitaire/Intermediate/Windows 7.

No idea how I got the 1402 0n 10/22/2010. Unfortunately I didn't even notice it till several days later. I don't have any particular strategy except to use the 'undo' function frequently. In the past - on a different PC - I used to strive for winning streaks but more recently I've tended to play robot like:(   I play far too much!

Probably 1,200 but I doubt you will get it. You can get asnything over 1,100. The points are meaningless. What is a better target is the percentage success.
