Hi,

1.       When exactly do you receive this error message?

2.       Which program/application are you trying to run an administrator?

3.       What is the complete and exact error message?

4.       Are you facing any issues with Windows Update?

Please provide more information on the issue so that we may assist you better.

In the meanwhile if you receive the error “**runtime error 6002 floating point not loaded”**then you may try to uninstall and reinstall the application on which you face this issue.
