    Hi,

FlexNet Publisher (formerly known as FLEXlm) is a common software license manager from Flexera Software which implements license management and is intended to be used in corporate environments to provide floating licenses to multiple end users of computer software.

For further support you can contact their support site at: http://www.flexerasoftware.com/support.htm

If you don’t need this software you can try installing from Programs and features.

    Uninstall or change a program

Thank you. Now I will try to figure a way to uninstall it--it doesn't appear as a program anywhere on my computer.
