    Hi,

Windows XP has Language Interface Packs (LIP) that provides a translated version of the most widely used dialog boxes, menu items, and help content. You might be eligible for the same depending on the XP license.

If you’re interested in language packs for Windows XP, check to see if you’re eligible for a free download by at following site: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/languages-xp

Otherwise, consider upgrading to Windows 7 Ultimate – this edition can display menus, dialog boxes, Help topics, and other text in 35 different languages!
