Epson Stylus CX3200 All-in-One Printer Driver for Windows 7 cannot be found at Epson or Microsoft

Cannot find the Windows 7 Printer Driver for Epson Stylus CX3200 All-in-One Printer.  Epson did not have it, but said that CX3200 is compatible with Windows 7.  Microsoft said that it is compatible, but no driver in the library.
