How to defrag my XP computer

I have Windows XP Professional, I need to defrag my computer, I am clueless about computers, how do I do it, is there already a defrag program on my XP, or do I need another product? If I need another product, is there a windows one?

    Start>My Computer>in local disk c, right click and choose Properties>Tools>Disk Defragmenter.......Thats it
