    hi

    flash can get corrupted

    download and save the flash uninstaller to your desktop or wherever you prefer from the below link

    then right-click on the saved flash uninstaller and run as administrator and uninstall flash player

    then download the latest version of flash player direct from adobe at the below link

    uncheck the google toolbar 1st before downloading
