How to use Skype 3.8 with Skype phone and Windows 7?

I have an xact XVP620 telephone set which works only on Skype 3.8, I have downloaded and working on Windows 7, I couldn't find the compatible download for my Skype 3.8. Can anyone help either to upgrade the phone set (XVP620) to be compatible with Windows 7 or vice versa.

    Hi M. Ghandour,

    I would suggest you to install the Skype in compatible mode. The following link will help you to install in compatible mode.

    Make older programs run in this version of Windows
