HP CUE Scanning Flow Component not working

HP Photosmart scanner not working or comunicating with computer. Message appears on screen, hpqkygrp.exe- Application error "the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000006). Click OK to terminate the application". And a second message appears from Microsoft Windows, "HP CUE Scanning Flow Component has stopped working"

Is this a problem with the scanner or computer set up ?

Hi,

  1. Did you make any changes to your computer prior to the issue occurring?
  2. For how long have you had the issue?

Step 2:

If the issue persists, I'd suggest you perform system restore to the point your computer was functioning normally..
