ITHMB is a proprietary file format of Apple and it is not supported by any of build in Windows applications. But there is external app exists which can open ITHMB - iThmb Converter. It is developed to enable recovery of the images stored in ITHMB files.
I have a folder in My Pictures labeled IPod Photo Cache, and all files have multiple photos, all ending in .ithmb. (i.e. T1016.ithmb)
When I try to open the files containing these photos that are tagged .ithmb, I get an error message saying that driver doesn't exist. When I went to the website to download the driver, I got another error message saying that page did not exist. How do I open up these photos? How can I download this driver?

And the survey says.....???
- First install "Compuclever ITHMB viewer" as this has the drivers and things you need I believe.r
- Next right click the ITHMB picture file and select "OPEN WITH" check the bottom box "ALWAYS USE THIS APP" then choose "Choose another App" and select PAINT. (this associates ITHMB with paint.)
3. now simply click the ithmb picture file which will open in the app PAINT,
- Click file in the top left corner and SAVE AS and choose jpeg or whatever you want to convert it to.
- Tada, your done and file is converted from ithmb file to jpeg. Yeah 1 at a time sucks but its free ****!
- Your welcome!
