    Google is your friend.GRegService (Greg_Service) - Acer Incorporated - C:\Program Files (x86)*eMachines*\Registration\GregHSRW.exe

This is some sort of Global Registration Service by Acer Inc. It is not a Windows Registry process or service. It's probably more for registering the computer or particular product. Used primarily in Acer Computers but also frequently found in Gateway and eMachine computers, as well. This is a legitimate file / service... whether or not you need it is up for debate, but should not be causing your issue(s).

Why Acer is running Inside my PC ?

As a lot of products....acer has a Survey on my PC to how I use it  ?

I consider it as a "SPY".... I will suppress it !

MICROSOFT don't offer enough Tools to Survey our PC....

Happily some products (free) give us the possibility to detect and suppress bad products !
