I can't found the folder C:\Windows/System32

I try to fix the problem in my computer and I want to open Windows/System32. But, I can't find the folder name System32. So, the whole folder is missing (i think) coz, i try to unhidden the files and folders, still cannot find it.

but, when i do scanning with antivirus or windows defender or any program, I can see that System32 is exist on Windows 7 basic and my computer run like usually.

Is there anybody could help with this problem? where and how to access the folder System32?

    The folder is not hidden or in any other way strange and it is so fundamental that its absence would be surprising. 

    In Windows explorer, go to the Computer entry then the C:\ drive [assuming that Windows is installed on the C:\ drive], you'll see a sub-folder Windows, double-click on that.

    In the right-hand pane, you'll see all the sub-folders of the Windows folder you are in.  Put them in alphabetical order by clicking at the top of the Name column & look down the list.  There should be a sub-folder called system and the next one down is system32.

    Does this not work?
