Epson Stylus SX420W All-in-One Printer

I have been trying for days to connect an Epson SX420W wireless printer to a Packard Bell Vista laptop.  I think that cannot find a driver.Any help out there ?

    Hi Dorianne,

    1.       What happens when you try to connect the printer to the computer, so you receive any error message?

    Also try to connecting the printer using wired connection and check if you’re able to connect the printer.

    Follow the steps provided below and check if that helps.

    Thanks for the advice.  Unfortunately, it still didn't work. .  Have called in a computer expert for tomorrow.  Will probably cost me more than the darned printer.  By the way this is the 2nd Epson printer I have tried to connrect to this laptop without success. Someone from the community asked if I receive an error message - no - but the word "failed" has been prominent throughout my three day trials.  I am sure Vista is on the list of items such as Sony Betamax, Edsel cars and other losers.  Anyway thanks again . Dorianne
