printer cannot connect error code 0x0000000a.

I have joined a new laptop to my homegroup. I need to add a  network printer. After running the search, I try connecting to the shared printer but could not. the following error came up. cannot connect to printer. having expanded the details, this code displayed  0x0000000a.
