Where to view my support requests / ticket number?

1.  NOT helpful. The address shown did not allow me to find my ticket. I ALREADY have a ticket number so why am i asked for product type? Even when I answered (Win10 is my problem product), it still didn't take me to a page that allows me access to my ticket status.  Why is it so difficult for someone with a problem that Microsoft caused and that has already been escalated beyond first line support to find out when higher level support will respond?
2. Just to enter this to say this page is NOT helpful, I had to sign in. But I had ALREADY signed in. Why am I waiting for support and forced to sign in TWICE just to say that I'm NOT happy that I cannot find how to get my status on my ticket.
3. Did I make it clear? No this page was not helpful, nor was the page it told me to go to (if that page contained yet another link that I had to follow, hen it was too many links and too obscure) and it is worse than annoying to have to sign in multiple times (sign in, give details, be asked forf phone number, receive a code, input the code, BORING, REPITITIOUS AND ANNOYING) .
4. I needed and still need to know the status of the ticket that it has been escalated by Microsoft because they couldn't solve it. I do not want to sign in twice and I do not want a chain of links. please supply the necessary link.

More accurate link

The link is very helpful and is associated with my microsoft account.  Unfortunately it does not allow me to look up by ticket number for a call in support issue.  Do you have any ideas on how to just use the ticket number?

Just a heads up, you're replying to a post from 2011 and is extremely out of date.  Have you tried the link that was posted just before yours (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/my/supportrequests)?
