How I get Windows Media Player to play 3GPP file?

It will play the file but there is no audio.

    Hi,

    You need a codec to play the video file. A codec is software that is used to compress or decompress a digital media file, such as a song or video. Windows Media Player and other programs use codec to play and create digital media files.

     You may also use your favorite search engine to download and install a codec as per the file type you need to use.
