I have an Olympus vn-7000 digital voice recorder.  I have some files that I would like to be on my laptop Windows-7.  Recorder has no usb port, only mic and ear.  How can I do this??

    Yes it is possible.

Use a cable to link the ear phone socket of the Olympus vn-700 to the Line in socket of your audio device is the only way to do it.

In the mixer, choose line in as the recording default.

    Cheers,

select "Capture audio/video" the encoder will pu the 7000 audio,R.click on the speaker by the clock/recording devices/mic/properties/set level.Run

    a encoder session,its simple...
