Microsoft Fixit software says that both Windows Audio and Windows Audio Endpoint Builder services must be running. Windows Audio serviceis displayed and running. Windows Audio Endpoint Builder is not in the displayed services nor is Microsoft's Fixit able to fisit. So where do we go to get this missing Windows Audio Endpoint Builder download?

Suggesting to run System File Checker will not help you. That is not what SFC does or is designed to do.
The problem here is that the Windows Audio Endpoint Builder Service is not part of XP. It is part of Vista, Windows 7 and the future Windows 8.
If you are not running XP, you are in the wrong forum.
If you are running XP and some Fix It tells you you need WAEB, something is wrong.
If you are running XP and having some kind of audio problem, you need to tell us something about your system and what the problems are and somebody should be able to help you out.
Please provide additional information about your system as best you can:
What is your system make and model?
What is your XP Version and Service Pack?
Describe your current antivirus and anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc.
Does the afflicted system have a working CD/DVD drive (internal or external)?
Do you have a genuine bootable XP installation CD (this is not the same as any Recovery CDs that came with your system)?
If the system used to work properly, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did work properly?
I have Windows 10 and cannot find the audio endpoint builder services file. Nor can I find a download. Any suggestions?
