I was instructed to "double click on the" FileFormayConverters.exe" program as a step in" converting" but cannot locate that program in my Windows XP professional program.

    Hi,

Have you installed the program If so, did it install successfully??

If the program installed successfully, I would suggest you to check if the program shortcut is created on desktop and check if the you are able find the program on desktop. If you don’t find icon on desktop, I would suggest you to follow these steps:

Click on Start, and click on all programs and check if you are able to find the program which you installed.

I am installing a MS update.  The instructions tell me to double click on FileFormatConverters.exe on my hard drive.  I do not have it on my hard drive.  How do I install the update.  This is to allow Excel 2003 to open 2007 files.
