    Hi Nicholas,

    A few questions will allow us to better troubleshoot your issue. Please answer these questions for us:

    1.      What operating system are you using?

    2.      What programs are you having the issue with?

    3.      Is there an error message generated?

    4.      What type of file are you accessing when this happens?

    5.      How long has this issue been happening?

    6.      Was there anything changed/added/removed before this issue popped up?

    It's basically the who, what, when, where, and why of troubleshooting.

    ·          Which version of operating system  is running on your computer?

    ·          When do you get this error message?

    ·          Were there any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?

    Please provide more information to assist you better.
