Method 1: Perform a scan using Microsoft safety scanner.
Nothing found**.**
Method 2: Perform a disk cleanup.
Cleaned everything in it, but still no luck.
Method 3: Create a new user account.
I've created a new administrator account, and the problem persist there as-well.
What I think is the problem is that I'm missing some file in windows which cant be found/repaired by
SFC /scannow
or some registry file/s that is missing which is used for
Windows Help and Support to show its content.
And I don't know if its related, but some time before I've noticed
Windows Help and Support Blank Page
I've had an error is the event log.
The description for Event ID 1904 from source HHCTRL cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You
can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
