    Hi,

    1.       What is the complete error message are you getting?

    2.       When exactly do you get this blue screen error?

    3.       Are you able to boot in desktop after getting this blue screen error?

    4.       Did you make any changes to the computer before the issue occurred?

I would suggest you to try the steps from the link below which would help you to resolving, stop (blue screen) errors in Windows 7.

    Hello EugeniaOne,

This indicates that a problem was found in hardware.

The best thing to do at this point is to run hardware diagnostics on the machine.

These are provided by your hardware manufacturer.

If this is the only time you have received this error, it could just be that you hit a spot in RAM where there was a problem, but it is still within tolerance for the hardware specs.

So if this is the only time this has occurred, we may luck out and not see this again.

    Let us know.

    Best regards,

    Matthew_Ha
