cant play bulletstorm after instalation??

after i install the game Bulletstorm onto my computer i can't play it becuase a dialogue box opens up and says that Windows Live has to verify the date that i bought the game and to make sure i am connected to the internet, which i am. there is no options on the dialogue box and it wont do anything past that screen, i have tried three different copies now and all have done the same thing.

    I hate to say it but it's like all the folks responding from Microsoft Support

    are not getting the message.. THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH WINDOWS LIVE!

    I have a gamer tag.. TrojanHorse... I tried to use to sign in after I installed Bulletstorm to

    get things done and dispite the fact that my gamer tag is attached to my email address

    in my account WINDOWS LIVE keeps telling me that either the user ID/Gamer Tag is

    already used or it is my offline user ID/Gamer tag... This is **** folks! You need to take

    the system down and rework the code so that it does not go blind on such information.

    I have had the TrojanHorse ID/Gamer tag for YEARS before I used it on Windows LIVE.

    Now here is my real problem. I went through all the hoops to get Bulletstorm up and

    playable but right after it updated it crashed my computer. It is the Limited Edition and I haven't even been able to get far enough to even punch in the LE Code to unlock the

    LE content. I used System Restore to put it back to the version before the update and

    when I tried to start the game and expected to have to go through all the login setups

    again I got a login failure message saying that now I could not log into my LIVE accnt!

    PLEASE! MICROSOFT! STOP LEADING US AROUND BY OUR NOSES AND IGNORING THE ISSUES! EITHER FIX GAMES FOR WINDOWS LIVE SO IT RECORDS OUR INFO

    CORRECTLY AND WORKS CORRECTLY OR RELEASE PATCHES FOR WINDOWS

    LIVE GAMES LIKE AND ESPECIALLY FOR BULLETSTORM (BOTH VERSIONS) THAT

    REMOVES ALL THE LOG IN REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFLINE PLAYERS LIKE MYSELF

    AND SEVERAL OTHERS I HAVE READ COMPLAINTS FROM ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND

    GAME. THIS IS NOT ONLY REDICULAS IT IS DOWN RIGHT CUSTOMER DISSERVICE!

    Thank you for letting me post. I am a SERIOUS gamer but I AM NOT an online gamer. I

    do not play ANY online games. I only play singleplayer games and I build my own gaming

    PCs. Have for several years now.

    I was able to contact the vendor and we figured it out....and it was an ENTER button issue but you have to jump out of the game ( alt>tab ) and then do the download..then maximize the game again....the download only works when the game is off the desktop...after that all went well and the game is a blast for FPS fans...it was a Game for Windows Live glitch that doesn't auto download according to the vendor...like Steam and Origin that downloads on the spot.
