i am trying to transfer videos to a cd disc but the equipment i am using is asking me to upgrade to WIN 2-K SERVICE PACK 4.
what is this and how do i install it?

If you're being advised that you require Win2K SP4, then you really are using a machine that probably came out of the ark - and could do with a hardware upgrade or three (prefreably honorable retirement!)
