Gigaware webcams are sold by Radio Shack..

    http://www.radioshack.com/search/index.jsp?kwCatId=&kw=gigaware%20webcam&origkw=gigaware+webcam&sr=1

There is no Gigaware website containing support or drivers for your webcam that I can find. You would require product support from Radio Shack.

Also, I can only find mention of drivers up to and including XP which would be of zero value for Windows 7.

My advice to you is this. If you want/need a webcam, go out and buy a new one, and make sure that your choice is either Logitech or Microsoft. Both companies provide excellent support for products bearing their names.

The same can't be said of store 'brands'..

I got it working thanks guys anyway here's how I got it working

    1. 1st You download Webcam Driver.
    2. Radio Shack VGA PC Came Driver

    4. Installation of Webcam Driver
    5. Go to the control panel
    6. Click on the System Icon
    7. Click on the Hardware Tab
    8. Click on the Device Manager then
    9. Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
    10. Right click on it and uninstall it.

Way to go, but in future, stick with Microsoft and Logitech.. :-)

They may cost more, but support is not so hit and miss..
