iTunes Bonjour Error Code 2324

I updated Itunes and it gives me this message when I open it now.

C:\Windows\system32\dnssd.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.  Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

Also, I tried deleting Bonjour and it won't let me and give me an error code of 2324

I would really love to get this resolved, and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes but nothing works.  Its driving me nuts.  I'm not a computer whiz.  Can somebody help?

    Hi,

    1.       Which security software is installed in your computer?

    2.       What is the exact error message that you get with the error: 2324?

    3.       Were you able to install itunes updates successfully?

    4.       Have you tried uninstalling itunes apart from Bonjour?

I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1:

Run the fixit from the following Microsoft Fixit article.

Diagnose and fix program installing and uninstalling problems automatically:

    http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall/

    Method 2:

Try removing and installing the latest version of itunes and check if it helps.

     Uninstall a program: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Uninstall-or-change-a-program

Download the latest version of itunes from the following link: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

    Hope the information is helpful.

Thank you so much.  Method one totally got rid of the problem.  It asked what I was having problems with and I said uninstalling and then it asked to choose which program and I choose bonjour and it got rid of it and now I can open itunes without that silly message.  Thanks again.
