ezrecover.exe error on windows 7 startup "The program can't start because vcljpg70.bpl is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem" Not sure whether this is a windows system file or a virus. Many different and confusing opinions on different forums. Not sure what the right solution is.
Can someone help me please.
