I have backed up folders on two external hard drives. How do I get windows to show me any differences between the files/folders on the 3 different drives?

Well, Windows itself can provide you the details of the files -- size, last modified timestamp, and such: but it can't outright compare the files themselves.  You pretty much need to open all three folders, set your view to show details, then stare-and-compare yourself.

There are a lot of programs on the Internet that can do this chore for you instead, but I can't personally recommend one.
